Bosch, the world’s biggest independent car parts group, and a leading light in the innovative field of diesel engine related fuel combustion and emission technology, says it is about to launch a state-of-the-art common rail diesel injection system capable of delivering 2,500 bar injection pressures.

Bosch, with the imminent market debut of such an ultra-high injection pressure common rail system for passenger car diesel engines, is raising the diesel-related technology bar to hitherto unreached new heights.

With volume production due to start next year, Bosch has provided first technical details of its latest ultrahigh-pressure common rail diesel injection system for passenger cars. 

With its newly developed CRS3-25 diesel injection system Bosch has moved the bar in passenger car diesel injection technology to new heights
