![]() In a notable break with the past, and a track record in the emotional field of customer satisfaction it would not choose to boast about, in the UK’s latest What Car?/J.D Power customer satisfaction survey Volkswagen has at last come up smelling of roses Greeted no doubt by broad smiles of satisfaction at Volkswagen Group’s headquarters, tantamount to a clean sweep at the top, the group’s cars scooped no fewer than six of the first ten places.
