![]() Growth in underlying global prestige car deliveries, compared with the same period last year, slowed during this year’s third quarter, adding to fears that the long witnessed surge in the worldwide demand for the high-status cars made chiefly by Germany’s BMW, Audi and Mercedes, is losing momentum. That’s the message from latest global prestige car deliveries monitored exclusively by AID every month Global prestige sector car deliveries in September, comprising figures from BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Jaguar Land Rover and Porsche, still grew by an outwardly healthy looking 8 per cent, following respective gains of 9.1 and 7.1 per cent during July and August. +9.5%
