Mercedes' January Worldwide car sales increase over the same period last year

The “outlook for 2015: significant growth expected of unit sales, revenue and EBIT from ongoing business”, the company said. 

For the current year, Mercedes not only predicts “significantly” higher pre-tax earning from its car division. 

It has similar high expectations from both its truck and van operations. Mercedes said that both of these commercial vehicle operations will end 2015 with “significantly” higher (EBIT) pre-tax earnings.
