W-European first quarter electric car sales 2013

Life for Europeís dejected electric car industry suddenly looks just a smidgen less tough in Europe, with first quarter registrations up by a third, following a 26.4 per cent rise in March, according to AIDís exclusively compiled figures. 

But further scrutiny of encouraging March figures suggests that this superficially happy tale is not quite what it seems.
